
Quick efficient onsite help. I like to think of myself as an old time Dr. making housecalls. The rest of them feel more like those newfangled modern HMO Dr's. who ask for your cards and money up front, then ignore you, while you sit on a table waiting to be sent for tests and more co-pays...
Seriously, I can't live without my computer and you shouldn't have to either. That's why I've been known to answer the phone at 1 AM and actually make a trouble call to get a printer working.
