The PC Handyman 1730 N Clark St 60614

Us? There's an us? Well where the hell are we, when clients are calling my cellphone in the middle of the night?

I have been The PC Handyman since early 2002. After 5 years, I've seen most of the problems that trouble home and small business users. Prior to starting The PC Handyman, I'd worked as a web developer and as a manger of software QA and technical support departments.

Those annoying phone calls you've made looking for help? I used to manage the folks who answered the phones. (Trust me the calls are frustrating to everyone involved).

How many times have you thought, "If I could just get the right person, this could probably be fixed in no time." I can't tell you how many times clients have said, "Sure it takes you 15 minutes, but I would have taken me 4 or 5 hours to get the answer...

That, my friend is the heart of The PC Handyman business model. I'm that guy. If I don't know the answer, I know how to get it and I'll come to your computer and fix the problem, rather than asking you to bring it in and leave it for a week.

Question: How do you bring an entire network in for repair?
Answer: You don't, you call The PC Handyman.
